      For on-line transaction we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and credit card "gift certificates.", for pickup customer can pay with credit card or cash. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment is required at the moment of order, you will see the total amount before submit your order. We work hard every day to keep our prices low and alll our prices could be negotiated (restrictions apply).


  We ship to all US territories, Canada and some Mexico States, for others countries please contact us with full address. International customers are responsible for custom fee and taxes in their country.

  We use Standard Shipping Service which takes 1-5 business days for orders in US territories, Express Mail for International shipping (7-10 days), or Express Mail for local shipping (next day) in case those customers need it. For heavy items (over 6 pounds) we use Economic Shipping Service (2-10 days). We can use another special service under customer request.

   Any order between 12:00 am to 2:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday), will be shipped same day. All purchases made after 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

  The shipping charges depend on item weight, expedited delivery, confirmation/tracking number, packaging materials and services as well as handling charges. We can combine shipping and send items in the same package but the shipping cost is calculated by each item not by package.

  For returned item we do not refund the shipping cost (see return policy). 

  We only ship to USPS or UPS confirmed address.  If the shipping address is not valid, is wrong or doesn’t exist at the time to print shipping labels, we will keep your order on hold; we will send you an email the same day. If we don't hear back from you within three days, we'll give you a call. If a week passes and we can't get in touch with you, we will be forced to cancel the order and refund your money back.

   Unfortunately, we do not deliver to APO or PO Box, we apologize for any inconvenience that causes for you. Orders with that kind of shipping address will be automatic canceled and refunded.

  Customers that use any freight forwarder service for international shippment must see return policy for international customers.

  We don't require a signature confirmation; this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Customers are responsible for packages left at their home door or delivered to an unauthorized person.

  When you complete a purchase, we will email you and upload a tracking number, which you can track in USPS or UPS. 

  We can cancel or change any order for a refund; it is possible only if the customer contacts us before we process the order. If the item was shipped we will accept the returned item for a refund, but we do not refund the shipping cost. See return policy for more details.

Return Policy

   All our TV parts are used/working parts taken from working TV with cracked screen and tested. Buyers are covered by a 30 day return policy. So if the item works as describe but customer doesn't need it, the item is not working or it is DOA; customers have to contact us to return the item back and get a refund.

  Buyers have 30 days after receiving the item to contact us to return it back for any reason and get a refund or replacement whichever buyer selects. The buyer must contact us before sending the item back because to send the item back the customer needs a Return Authorization Number (RAN) given only by us, download and fill out the Return Form and return instructions.

   We do not accept returned item without RETURN FORM and RAN. The Return Form must be downloaded, filled out and sent with the item.

   Item(s) purchased must be returned at the buyers expense. The buyer is always responsible for the return shipping cost, the item(s) must be sent back as the buyer received it. A replacement will be mailed up as soon as we receive the damaged item. In case that a replacement is not available we automatically refund the money back.

   We only refund the item cost and tax charged, we never refund the shipping cost, no exception. To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be returned to us (working or not, used or unused, damage or in good condition).  We refund the money back only if buyers send the item(s) back, no exception. We don't refund the shipping's price in returned items with shipping cost.

   If package arrives damaged do not accept it, reject the package and we will fully refund your money back (covered by USPS insurance). If you accept a damaged package and the item(s) doesn't work you are responsible for the shipping and handling of the item(s).

   All items must be returned for a refund, so international customers and customers that use freight forwarder services or Global Shipping Program are responsible for any cost of return shipping. We cannot refund our original shipping expense.

  Our Returns Department must receive your returned item within 15 calendar days for local shipping (US), and 21 days for international orders, after you received your Return Authorization Number. If we do not receive your return within 15 days after we provided to customer with  RAN, we will refund the item cost and charge a restocking fee for late return when we receive the item.  The customer will receive the refund for the item cost minus the restocking fee. The restocking fee rate is $30 or 15% whichever is less. All RAN will be closed after 30 days of RAN date for US customer and 45 days for international customers, (refund won be process if RAN is closed)

  For security purposes, all of our TV parts are marked with our label identifier number, or special markings, so your Warranty Claim will be visually inspected for that identifying marking. If a part is returned without our identifier, we will send you an email the day we receive it. If we don't hear back from you within a week, we'll give you a call. If two weeks pass after we received your return and we can't get in touch with you, we will be forced to deny the return.

   Order cancelation for full refund is allowed only if the shipping label has not been printed and we have not programmed a pickup request. In case that item is ready for pickup only the item cost will be refund. If item was already shipped the customer must wait to receive it and return back as a regular order.

   We recommend ordering by all part numbers possible not by tv model number. Many times there are TV models that use more than one set of parts so do not use the tv model to order.

How to Choose the right TV parts and components for a TV
