You bought a product from us and you want to return it, don’t worry, the process is easy.

 

Fill out and submit the Return Request for a RAN.

Get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instruction from us.

Packing and ship the item back to us.

After we receive the item we will refund your money back or send you a replacement part.

Please make sure your Return meets the following criteria to start the Returns Process.

 

- Is it within 30 days of receiving this order?

- Does the part(s) you’re returning have our identifier label? If a part is returned without our identifier label, we will send you an email the day we receive it. If we don't hear back from you within a week, we'll give you a call. If two weeks pass after we received your return and we can't get in touch with you, we will be forced to deny the return.

To submit your Return Request for a RAN you will need:

1-      Billing Name: Name that appears in the order.

2-      User Email: Email used to log in in your “MY SHOP TV” account.

3-      Comments (mandatory): Please provide the follow information on this field:

Ø  Write in Subject: "I need a RAN".

Ø  Product: Name of product that you are returning.

Ø  Invoice, Item or Transaction ID: Which apply to your order.

Ø  Purchase Date: Date of order.

Ø  Reason of Return: Brief description about why are you returning the product.

How to Choose the right TV parts and components for a TV
